Tara Heidorf is a Certified Veterinary Technician with over 15 years of experience in veterinary medicine and a lifelong passion for animals. Her background includes emergency medicine, general practice, surgery, anesthesia, ophthalmology, and shelter medicine, giving her the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients throughout her career. 

Tara has always believed that animals are family, and she strives to treat every pet with the same compassion, patience, and dedication she gives her own. Whether she’s comforting a nervous patient, assisting with a complex procedure, or helping educate pet owners, her goal is to provide exceptional care while strengthening the bond between pets and their families. Outside of the clinic, Tara’s love for animals continues through pet care, rescue advocacy, and caring for her own furry family members. She feels incredibly fortunate to spend each day doing what she loves most: helping animals live happier, healthier lives.
