🦴What is an IM Pin Fracture Repair?
An IM pin (intramedullary pin) is a metal rod (usually made of stainless steel or titanium) that is inserted into the medullary (central) canal of a long bone (e.g., femur, humerus, tibia) to stabilize a fracture.
